West Sberian Laika RS
After nearly thirty years of active involvement in hunting, forestry, and hunting cynology, both in his native Serbia and, for a somewhat shorter period, in Scandinavia, Vladan Jevtić founded this website as a platform dedicated to the promotion of spitz-type hunting dogs and traditional hunting with dogs. Throughout his career, his experience includes big and small game hunting, long-term practical work with hunting dogs, and active participation in game management. He has led hunting teams, organized and conducted hunts, and worked extensively with Nordic spitz breeds. He has also designed and built hunting and forestry technical structures such as elevated hides, feeding stations, blinds, and small wooden constructions. During his time in Scandinavia, he lived and actively hunted, further expanding his knowledge through intensive field practice and specialized courses related to hunting and wildlife management. He has written and published articles about Laikas and Nordic spitz breeds in the National Hunting Magazine, contributing to the promotion of these breeds and hunting knowledge in Serbia. Today, together with a few of his closest collaborators and hunters with whom he has shared countless unforgettable adventures and decades of work promoting Nordic spitz breeds, he has founded a five-member team. With this team, he embarks on large hunting expeditions that will be professionally filmed and documented, not only to showcase hunting skills but also to preserve and promote traditional hunting, hunting culture, and knowledge about hunting dogs.
